Fireworks were awesome, however the site is quite dated and awkward. No way to select delivery dates and have to revert to putting it in the comments, which I did but then was confused with when I'd like the order by, so they were delivered earlier than that date when I wasn't around, however after calling, I was able to get the address changed. Calling wasn't the best experience either, many many attempts required before someone answered and person who answered didn't really know what was going on and had to pass message on to someone else, who never called back, etc.. But all turned out OK in the end! Would just be nice if their systems and processes were better.
