I purchased fireworks from Firework Crazy and one of the cakes just exploded on the ground (gave me a bit of a shock) and did not go off properly. I was worried that there may be a Bad batch so contacted the manufacturere and Fireworks crazy. Their customer services was very good and they refunded me for the Cake that malfunctioned. I returned again this year (even bigger order) which was keenly priced and arrived promptly. I would have not hestation recommending this company good customer service should be rewarded.
