The service I received from fineline was absolutely outstanding! The kitchen is beautiful, excellent quality and just how I asked. From the moment I met Andy in the shop he went the extra mile in meeting my needs and wishes. He frequently checked in with me throughout the process- even after the kitchen was complete to check I was satisfied. I even received a Christmas card in the post! Phil was also a fantastic help to us, visiting in his own time, free of charge to support my dad (fitter) who unfortunately became unwell during the process. The extra help was far more than I’d expect from any kitchen company. The guys are experienced, friendly, kind and considerate. The service they offered was Above and beyond! No refunds or returns were necessary- everything was just as it was ordered. I couldn’t fault fineline and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great quality, classy kitchen.
