They canceled my order, all i got was a lousy email, why no phone call!!!???
Now they want to review my account (34-48) hours. I needed these pants for a wedding and now I’m screwed because it’s 3 days away! The representative didn’t seem to care and wouldn’t pass me to higher management, just kept repeating the same BS about my email. Worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time, none even Walmart is this bad!
