When I was booking my trip, they misspelled my last name. When I attempted to get them to correct the issue a few hours later, they asked me to send my passport which I did. After a week, I did not receive any communication from them. It was very frustrating to communicate with them and I feel their customer service was extremely lacking. There were long waits on the phone attempting to reach customer service. I felt like they took my money and didn’t even try to communicate until a week before the trip.
