Kept 40% of our money for them cancelling our trip to Peru two days before we were scheduled to leave. They cancelled due to the unrest there, which I understand. The part I don’t get is keeping 40% of my money when they have insurance to recover their costs. They have poor customer support if any and would not entertain rescheduling us for another trip because they wouldn’t let us change our plans earlier without charging 75% if we changed or cancelled.
