This company's customer service is great! I ordered a vinyl table top cover for an antique dining set and when I placed it on the table it had some fold marks that wouldn't come out or flatten out. I took pictures and sent a review and someone immediately got back to me. They told me it was defective and to send it back and they would cover shipping and they sent out a new one. I also expressed that I felt the recommended 80 mil was too thick so they sent the 60 mil and it is perfect!
