Ordering was very easy and the customer service team were fantastic in helping to answer any queries i had. My ring and locket have arrived and I am delighted with the finished products and the packaging they arrived in. The only issue that I feel needs addressed is the problem with the engraving. I was firstly advised my items would take a few more days than the standard 7-10days which I was okay with. Once this time passed I contacted EverWith for an update only to be told there was a problem with the engraving machine and that orders were now taking approx 20 days. I desperately need the items back for a certain date so I couldn't take the risk of waiting, so I asked for a refund on the engraving and took the items as they were. Customer service were great and organised this and my items were dispatched the next day. On looking into other reviews, it seems that this was not a new issue and that it had been ongoing for months. I feel that given the sensitivity around what is being made, the company should be advising customers of potential lengthy delays before purchasing if they want items engraved. This would save any additional stress to the customers.
