It is hard to describe how poor the customer service is at the Wimbledon shop. It took them ages to resolve a single issue with a newly bought bike and we had to keep going to the shop as they never EVER bother to answer the phone. The Manager (I believe Mark) refused to talk to us when we asked to speak to him, it is shocking how a store manager can be so rude and unprofessional and the rest of the staff are no better either. Avoid like the plague, I am certainly not going back to them.
