They sent the wrong bike and after 2 weeks they are still not able to collect it. I am finding myself having this big box in my entrance.
Forget the chat none of them are competent they just follow a process. The Worst customer service I know so far. It is better to buy a second-hand bike. On word to describe them 'BAD'
