Ordered a Bianchi and paid deposit only to be contacted a week later to be told the bike had been sold and it was the last one. Rubbish excuses offered and crap customer service. No resolution offered just o sorry bad luck you can always pay more money for a bike. Rude condescending patronising staff at Norwich.
Never again.
