Parts, shipping and timeliness all top notch. However, I put in this particular order (more expensive parts) based on e-mail notification I’d receive 20% off a next purchase. Well, no 20% off. Also my call to resolve issue was never returned. It’s not major, but the former reliability seems to be slipping as the business grows.
