Booked a multi-trip family holiday to Hong Kong, Singapore, Bali and Dubai through Emma at eShores Everything went smooth from flights to transfers and ALL accommodation was of an excellent standard. Emma got everything spot on because she actually called and listened to my requirements rather than try to work through email like other travel agents. eShores provide excellent customer service with other staff promptly dealing with issues should Emma not be available. I Highly recommend eShores who provided a holiday of a lifetime.
