I dealt with Carly who was fabulous. She was very patient, as we changed our itinerary which meant she had to keep re-checking prices, hotels etc. She looked at everything that we wanted and managed to get us great flights and hotels. She kept in contact by email and was very efficient and professional throughout. Can't wait to go now :)
