What a refreshing experience. I rented a vehicle at BWI and Lauren greeted me outside since I checked in beforehand. She was polite, professional and really cared. Way to go! I didn't catch the gentleman's name who checked me back in on Mon,9/18 at 1118am, he also incredibly nice and professional. I'm so glad I switched to Enterprise.
