The level of service far surpasses anything i was hoping for! Firstly, Sam was brilliant throughout the booking process and in taking into account any special requirements. The crew were friendly, attentive and and so efficient, nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a birthday celebration whilst on board and they supplied both a cake and champagne at my request. The food was absolutely stunning - Miles provided delicious freshly cooked meals that were beautifully presented and the portions were spot on. The accommodation was spot on with the most comfy bed I have ever slept on! Everything was kept extremely clean and very well maintained. Excursions were well thought out and planned down to the last detail. This has been the most fantastic experience that was made by an awesome team - you all work so hard and it shows!
