I bought a Turkish Google Play prepaid card, and when I tried to use the code I got the "code already used" error message. Obviously I didn't redeem the card before, and I asked the seller to get a new card. As requested I sent all the screenshots they asked for, but after a couple of days, they said that my card wasn't used when they sent the code to me, so they refused to refund me or give me another card.
