Spent thousands and website would never have worked properly and it took years of going backwards and forwards. I’ve been told by my new designer who took 4 weeks to complete. No refund given even though a member of their staff admitted over phone that it shouldn’t have been taken on in the first place as too complex for them. In talks with legal services!
