Website was easy to use and stated the grill element I required was 'special order' but in stock?
A month without a grill and 2 emails asking for updates later only to be informed it was actually obsolete and a refund was issued.
Better communication needed between their supplier and manufacturer which would have avoided this situation and I could have purchased a replacement cooker instead.
