Unbelievably bad customer service. Business customer. Despite being assured there would be no disruption to service to switch to phone through broadband from the traditional line we now have no landline for 15 days. Have spent countless hours onto their customer service. Constantly assured it’s sorted and to wait 5 days to ring after 5 days to be told the order didn’t go through. Start again. Terrible, awful, avoid avoid avoid
