My wife arrived at Stansted to collect her car off a flight from Edinburgh this week. She is taking our daughter to her first chemo. The terms of her booking state that arrivals not via the airport must show a paper copy of a utility bill. However my wife arrived via the airport. The booking agent refused to accept this , refused even a photo of a utility bill, and refused to release the car to her. Now my wife is trying to find another car to rent. You have caused great distress on an already very distressing and worrying day. This is unbelievable
