I went into the 2nd avenue store in Troy Riverside plaza today and I was offended. Who I believe to be was the store manager was rude, unprofessional and was barking at me about her equipment not accepting payment. Her sidekick, some young boy was being so confrontational that she had to tell him to stop. What a bunch of ignorant employees in there.
