Once of the worse delivery companies.
Had to wait twice at home for collection and the delivery driver didn’t call on flat using building intercom, just clicked picture of the main building door and left for 2 days. I had a premature baby and it was a travel system. I had to wait extra 3 days in the hospital because of this.
They just don’t understand the seriousness of the situation.
