I was super excited to try this new product out being I’ve seen so many adds on Facebook and Instagram and I wanted to add collagen to my daily routine of taking vitamins and supplements. I ordered the product on March 26th, 2021. After not receiving it for almost two weeks and constantly checking the status which said “en route”, I emailed customer service and received an email back apologizing for the mishap and was asked to wait another two weeks before a replacement may be sent out after assessing the situation at a later time. I was a little dissatisfied with that response and was hoping to that the situation would be rectified then. I understand that due to Covid-19 there are many shipping delays but I feel like I waited to receive the product I ordered in a timely manner and just wanted a new order sent out being mine was lost in the process. I plan on emailing customer service when they asked me to in about a week and a half and I’m hoping I can still receive the product I paid for.....
