I use at least once a month and I've run into problems with orders from time to time, mostly Subway and Taco Bell. The app does not offer enough options to contact customer service or to cancel an order. You should not have to Google to get a customer service phone number. Live chat isn't provided either. Sometimes "customer service" is an oxymoron. Door Fash needs to make some improvements.
