After several attempts to get a straight answer from DonJo customer service, I was told an item bought on sale could NOT be emailed a return receipt even though I was well within the 15 day return/exchange time frame. This is VERY BAD business. With ALL the competition out there, you would think DonaJo would at LEAST send an email return receipt. I did mail my skirt back today and I am told by customer service they are holding a smaller size for me. In the future, I'll be taking my business to a company who values their customers.
