Tried to book a repair, and although the policy is being paid for by DD the call handler couldn't find me. Eventually she did, booked a repair, engineer sent to an address 35 miles away WOT!!!. 7 phone calls later with different people still no appt, crying now with frustration I was fobbed off with a phone call to a company 60 miles away who don't repair Hotpoint any way. Still no working cooker, which btw is less than 2 years old. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
