Extremely frustrating!
Long email conversation ending with 'we a re sorry, we will do nothing'!! No interest in the user actually!
I was charged for a cancelled subscription and after a very long back-and-forth conversation i am told, sorry, because you did not complain sooner, you have to deal with it.
I did not use the app because there was no value to me. But i paid and nobody cares!
