They mailed me the WRONG dress and refused to refund me or send me the new dress till I returned the incorrect dress. This situation was frustrating because the customer support person made it sound like they were being so generous allowing me to return the incorrect dress for free, and also the dress I paid for was $105 and the dress they sent me was $51 and a completely wrong size…..
