The process took over a week, but the unlock was successful. Extremely happy with the outcome and the information along the way.
Minus one star for how hidden away the fact the first charge is secretly just an Eligibility Check and an additional fee is required for the actual unlock.
Minus 3 more stars for how after my unlock they bribed me for a review offering a £10.00 refund. However after leaving a review they did not give me my refund and when I contacted support about the issue they just ghosted me.
