When I placed my order I didn't check the return policy assuming Dillard's had a better return policy. I assumed it is a more upstanding store and would take back an item within 60 days. My mistake. I called to ask for a credit and that was not an option either. The item is still being sold which irritated me even more. I will no longer shop at Dillard's because of the terrible return policy. And lack of store credit policy for an item that is still in circulation. You have lost this customer. But you probably don't care. Return policy sucks!
