What a brilliant company! The service from start to finish was so professional - I was a little concerned like other reviewers about sending off my precious VHS and Hi8 tapes - but I needn't have worried at all - DC arranged a postal collection and let me know when they had arrived to them and also when they were being sent back to me. The copies of the tapes on to a USB is absolutely great - they are really clear and it is wonderful to see my wedding from 35 years ago now, so clearly and the audio is great too.
