My Lightranger 2000 light was delivered defective with 1 side of the latern not lighting up.
It was damn near impossible go get a hold of customer service for assistance. No one answered my emails for days, phone calls were never answered and went to voicemail even though I called multiple times during business hours. Literally the only way someone got back to me was my last attempt at trying by messaging the Devos company account on facebook which was very odd way to communicate.
It makes me weary if I have any other future issues that their customer service is impossible to get a hold of...I would not recommend this company to any friends because of poor customer service.
