We love our light. I did call about getting a replacement bag and no one has gotten back to me yet. The bag it came in was ripped at the bottom and cheaply made anyway. I did get one email asking for a picture and then tried calling. I left a voicemail but never heard back. For the amount that I spent on the light and the filters I would think they could send out a replacement bag that is cheap anyway.
