First of all prices are astronomically high and unjustified!!! I tried to buy couple of times discounted clothes but never completed the order because when you add to cart discounted item it immediately adds shipping fee which at the end is the same as I would buy an item with the original price. Doesn't make any sense! The discounts are not real. There is no really a discount, they do everything the way to sell at the end with the original price. More so if you want to talk to virtual assistant it is never possible, it designed in such a way that you always have to come back to an initial menu and eventually no one talks to you. Never thought that this brand can have such a poor and low class service taking into account the their prices. Avoid forever!!!
