I am an Audi driver. I have a servicing plan on my car which means that I use the Audi main dealership across the road for services, whilst using John Delany for other things. At John Delany they are quick, efficient and polite on the phone, and checking your car in generally takes a matter of seconds. They tell you what they are going to do and how much it will cost, and then they do it well at a reasonable price. Across the road you wait for ages in the (admittedly very plush) waiting area, feel that you are the thousandth customer that day, and the quality of the work is not as good. You will probably find cheaper than John Delany, but not better value.
