We purchased one of the bonded leather chairs in 2013. After 3 years, the 'leather' started to degrade. Informed customer services and it has taken at least 4 or 5 phone calls to even get some sort of response. Eventually spoke to someone in the department to be told that they could supply the 'parts' at our expense. Very poor customer service and I would certainly not buy any furniture again from Debenhams.
