I wanted to speak to my local make up counter in Sheffield so rang the only number I could find (a central hub I think) only to be told to ring back in an hour as they couldn't put me through as their system was down. I asked if they could just give me a number but no, they are not able to do that. I ask you? What kind of service is this. Suffice to say I rang John Lewis and gave them my custom. Debehams - sit up and listen - you CANNOT treat busy people like this. We will go elsewhere. I won't visit you out of principle now!
