Website is frustratingly slow, making it impossible to shop and order. I had intended to buy some gifts for family for Christmas from Debenhams, but the poor state of the website means I'll shop at Next, Freemans, or M&S instead. My advice for anyone, at any time of year, would be look elsewhere. Nobody deserves a frustrating online shopping experience.
