This is the second laptop I have purchased from Dealbuyer - the first was a HP Pavillion for myself and another HP Pavillion for my husband. Mine was absolutely fine and delivered next day. Unfortunately the one which arrived very promptly this week had the windows programme stuck and we were unable to move out of this as it was jammed.
fortunately the guy who was going to set it up for us was able eventually get oout of the problem and it is now working fine.
