Ordered a teak bench and unfortunately one of the slats was damaged (see attached photo). Contacted Humber Imports via email which they initially didn't respond to until I contacted them by phone. Although they couldn't see any damage form photo provided they agreed to issue a full refund although I would have preferred a repair or a replacement. I have subsequently contacted Humber Imports on three occasions requesting confirmation of a refund and they have not responded.
