I have used Cygnett iPhone cases for years - they have been good. So I was confident that the "Magnetic Car Wireless Charger - Window" would be good ( https://www.cygnett.com/products/maghold-magnetic-car-wireless-charger-gen-ii-window?utm_campaign=order-confirmation-email&utm_medium=email&utm_source=OrderlyEmails&utm_content=product ) The 2 stars are for the windscreen attachment. This product fails on the two primary functions - securing the phone on the magnetic backing plate; and charging via the wireless setup. It is appalling. No stars. The phone fell off twice and dropped to the centre console - very lucky not to smash the phone screen. And the charger is hopeless - if using Google Maps (which draws some power) the charger simply cannot keep up. A 3-year-old cable charger direct to the phone can keep up ... Do not buy this unit ... get a holder with direct physical clamping ... otherwise, it's only a matter of time (and a small pothole) and the phone will plummet down. Plus it's difficult to rotate the phone portrait-to-landscape and maintain the magnetic hold ... the positioning is sensitive. I would return it for a refund but Cygnett does not allow this ... very bad business practice.
