The design process was really smooth. All representatives were very attentive and communication with them was very efficient. The team was very willing to give life to the ring idea that I had in mind. Overall, they guided me on every step of the way and delivered on every change and details that I requested. They mean it when they say they will keep working on it until you are 100% happy with the design. In all, I loved the personalized process they offered and I am extremely happy with my piece. The final ring in person was a perfect match to the design renderings we agreed. Outstanding service.
