Everything from talking about the initial piece to receiving it & seeing it turned out was amazing. I knew very little about things such as jewelry, stones, materials, ect, but everyone I talked to did an amazing job at being patient and explaining things to me. The ring I got in the end blew me and, everyone else I have shown so far, away with how it came out. The pricing was not bad at all either & the entire team did an amazing job at communicating everything that's being charged & how much it costs. Even when they forgot to include a price for a detail I wanted for my ring, they communicated that with me & ending up covering the cost since it was not mentioned. Overall I am very happy with the entire experience & highly recommend using custommade for anyone who is looking at getting high quality custom made jewelry. :)
