Very prompt and efficient service which was simple to use. The visas were posted to me via recorded delivery (which is a must) but Royal Mail delivered them to a totally incorrect address. Fortunately, when I contacted Cubavisa they chased Royal Mail and the the visas were delivered the next day.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
