Although we finished up booking through Crystal flights from London to Salt Lake City, there were countless offers on the internet that were not available when we attempted to book. The prices advertised were so much lower than all the other advertising companies, it felt like the adverts were just a 'come on' to get you to ring them, and not real deals that were ever available. On a positive note, our agent Cristy was able to secure us flights with a little discount.
