Been a crunch client for 8 years, using their service for my limited company, they offered a good service at the beginning, I had a dedicated client manager, replies were fast and helpful and the processes were fluid. Everything changed when years ago they switched to a "call center" approach, along with extra fees for literally everything, it's the Ryanair of accounting companies. - My dedicated manager was replaced with a random group of call center individuals who know nothing about accounting and always have to ask a real accountant about my queries; - Services that were free are now only available with a fee (and they keep getting more and more expensive); - Customer service quality exponentially decreased, responses take days, the quality of responses greatly varies, sometimes they're helpful, most times they're not and sometimes they're even rude when confronted with the natural frustration; - Accounting errors are quite common; - Prices keep increasing every year while offered services keeps going down, along with their quality; The only plus is that their software is relatively easy to use, but if you're looking for an accounting service that cares about, is helpful and is professional, this isn't it. .
