This is not polite
I applied for a loan and they accepted me on the condition I pay £2700 via a mobile for insurance on the loan. They then called me back to say I couldn't have it yet and have to pay £5000 . I did not pay that and asked them to refund my £2700. They said, "No problem," but didn't do anything. They have since stopped taking my calls and have not replied to the numerous emails sent and this prompt me to reach out to S I M O N C H . C O M who assisted me
