Theheadquarter staff were excellent and very helpful BUT the Internet email activation simply did not function and all booking completion was denied access u til we went via headquarters on the telephone. This would have led to a lot of frustration and a loss of bookings if clients hadn't had the initiative to follow other avenues. Hence the reduction of score from an otherwise full 5 star.
