Placed an order from the Winter 2021 catalogue which states 20% off everything only to find when delivered i was charged the full price.
No chance of being able to contact anyone on the phone as there was a waiting time of 25 people.
The goods that i ordered were shoddy goods not worth the special price.
I would strongly suggest to any other customers to be extra careful with any orders to avoid disappointment.
